From the Shire
to the stage.
The Philharmonic Orchestra and the Choir of the Shire join soloists for a theatrical celebration of Tolkien’s musical world.
Follow the music from the darkness of Mordor to the lyrical beauty of the Elves, with atmospheric lighting, costumes and visuals shaping the journey.
A special guest from the films guides the concert, which also features recorded vocal interludes from Sir Christopher Lee, the actor behind Saruman.
