For six glorious decades, the Niagara Youth Orchestra (NYO) has stood as a beacon, nurturing the musical talents of young people in the Niagara region and transforming them into confident, skilled orchestral musicians. This year, we invite you to join us in celebrating 60 years of music, fun, and learning, a legacy that has touched the lives of thousands of students who have passed through our doors. Prepare to be captivated during this special celebratory concert featuring the remarkable talents of our Training, Concert, and Symphonic Orchestras under the direction of Mike van Dongen. The evening promises to be a memorable experience filled with beautiful music, joyful camaraderie, guest performers and the satisfaction of supporting a vital community institution.
To complement the musical feast, your ticket includes delicious hors d'oeuvres, perfect for enjoying while you immerse yourself in the sounds of the NYO.
